We ship New Zealand-wide and aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details

If you've received the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.

If you change your mind, please get in touch before returning your item. Returned products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.
